The premise of this show was that the actors playing the Somebodies had their roles assigned for the performance during the performance.This meant that we had to have a lot of rehearsal time just in order to block this play. One of the main jobs I had for this production was to run rehearsals at the same time as the director. She would block a scene, everyone would watch, and then we would split up and I would make sure the blocking was true to what Lauren, our director, wanted.

    My other duties included working monologues, running lines with the actors, taking notes for the director, and of course, watching and learning. This experience was amazing to be a part of. Watching Lauren come in with complete certainty about what the play meant and what she wanted to say has inspired me to do the same.
